As a Creative Director, you will shape the agency’s creative output across campaigns, brand ideas, scripts, storyboards, and visual content. You will lead a multi-disciplinary creative team to deliver compelling advertising concepts, social content, and integrated brand campaigns that meet client objectives and elevate ToYm’s creative reputation.

Job Description
  • Develop core creative concepts, scripts, and brand stories for campaigns and commercials.
  • Lead brainstorming sessions with copywriters, designers, strategists, and production teams.
  • Oversee creative execution from idea development to final campaign delivery.
  • Review and approve all creative materials to ensure high quality and brand consistency.
  • Work closely with Business Development and Account teams to translate client briefs into strong creative ideas.
  • Provide direction to directors, editors, designers, and talents during shoots and post-production.
  • Mentor and grow the creative team to build a strong agency culture of storytelling and innovation.
  • Stay updated on creative, digital, and social trends to keep the agency’s work competitive.
Job Requirements
  • 8+ years of creative agency or production experience with a strong portfolio.
  • Expertise in concept development, copywriting, and integrated campaign creation.
  • Proven leadership experience managing creative teams and multiple projects.
  • Deep understanding of digital and social storytelling for modern advertising.
  • Excellent communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
  • Passion for bold ideas, emotional storytelling, and creative excellence.
  • Must be able to multitask and support any additional tasks assigned by the company as needed.
