Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Perform general day-to-day administrative and counter sales tasks.
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing customer phone calls professionally.
  • Handle and respond to client inquiries, providing appropriate assistance and support.
  • Monitor and manage dispatch and receipt of documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of document flow and ensure proper filing.
