Job summary

A leading resort in Genting Highlands is looking for a dedicated individual to assist in checking drivers' attendance and ensuring operations run smoothly. The role includes handling limousine enquiries via phone and email. Candidates should have at least a minimum SPM qualification, be able to communicate in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia, and preferably possess PC knowledge. A good working performance and disciplinary record are also needed. This position requires flexibility to rotate based on operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM or its equivalent.
• Able to communicate in simple English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possessing PC knowledge is an added advantage.

• To follow the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and ensure that operations run smoothly
• To assist in planning, monitoring and optimizing the resources to meet operational requirement
• To be rotated and work based on operation requirement
• To handle limousine enquiries / reservation via phone and email
• Add hoc job assigned by Supervisor / Executives
