The Corporate Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth and supporting the management of corporate client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. The role involves understanding potential clients' business needs, offering tailored solutions, and assisting in the execution of strategies to maintain and grow relationships with corporate accounts. The Corporate Sales Executive will work closely with other internal teams to deliver exceptional service and business results.

Key Responsibilities
Sales and Business Development
  • Identify and target potential corporate clients through research, networking, and cold calling.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing key accounts.
  • Preparation of presentations and proposals tailored to specific client needs.
  • Generate new leads and convert them into sales opportunities by effectively communicating the company’s value proposition.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new corporate clients and expand the company’s footprint in the corporate market.
Market and Competitor Insights
  • Stay informed of industry trends, client market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the team on market demands and new business opportunities.
Coordination and Execution
  • Work with various internal teams (e.g., marketing, and operations) to deliver solutions to clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services through coordinating with SR teams.
  • Monitor account-specific projects and deliverables, ensuring they meet client expectations.
Account Management
  • Help implement strategies for key accounts to drive retention, satisfaction, and growth.
  • Check in with clients to assess satisfaction and gather feedback when needed.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Result oriented, self‑motivated and good time‑management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills
  • Good track record in achieving sales target.
