Job summary

A Corporate Recovery Firm in Kuala Lumpur is seeking to fill two positions: Senior Consultant and Junior Associate. The Senior Consultant requires a Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience, and strong communication skills. The Junior Associate role demands similar educational qualifications with a focus on liquidation processes for 3 years. Both positions offer valuable experience in a dynamic environment, and training is provided for eligible candidates. Competitive remuneration based on experience is available.

Job Requirements for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Law/Land Administration/Real Estates/Property Management or related field and/or any other professional qualification.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia languages.
  • Having legal knowledge and relevant work experience in legal setting will be considered an added advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft office tools (i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Committed to job responsibilities.
  • Keen interest in the Corporate Recovery field.
  • Minimum 2 years working experience.

Job Responsibility for Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager

  • Handling general affairs of companies in liquidation and receivership.
  • Dealing with various stakeholders in liquidation administration.
  • Managing strata properties and handling matters related to the subdivision of buildings.
  • Communicating with relevant authorities and consistently following up on the progress of matters.

Job Requirements for Junior Associate

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field and/or professional qualification
  • Possess good communication and people management skills
  • Strong grasp of liquidation, receiverships and financial monitoring knowledge with at least 3 years working experience in Corporate Recovery or related field
  • Ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision
  • Ability to guide and mentor your team members
  • Ad-hoc assignments as and when necessary and delegated

Job Responsibility for Junior Associate

  • Handling general affairs of companies in liquidation and receivership
  • Dealing with various stakeholders including purchasers, end-financiers, creditors in liquidation administration
  • Taking control of assets and handling its disposal
  • Conducting Proof of Debt exercise
  • Conducting and reviewing verification of beneficial ownership of claimants
