Job description

Seagull Cooling Technologies – Damansara, Selangor

  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop corporate proposals aligned with strategic goals.
  • Perform financial analysis and valuations of target companies using various methodologies, including building financial models and projections.
  • Prepare and maintain robust financial model.
  • Structure M&A and corporate restructuring plans, covering pre- and post-deal financial models, cash flow, P&L, balance sheet impacts, and group-level financial effects.
  • Formulate and negotiate corporate exercise schemes, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Prepare presentations and board papers for Board review and conduct presentations to Board.
  • Review and provide inputs to proposal-related documentation, including presentations, legal documents, and shareholder agreements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal teams and external parties such as investment bankers, legal counsel, auditors, tax advisors, and regulators to drive the successful execution of corporate exercises.
  • Participate in developing and implementing strategic and financial plans as well as corporate exercises of the Group.
Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or Professional Qualification (ACCA, CPA. CFA or equivalent).
  • Over 5 years in Corporate Finance roles in a public-listed company, M&A or corporate consulting, private equity, venture capital or investment banks.
  • Skilled in Excel financial modelling, valuation, and analysis, with strong capabilities in structuring corporate finance and investment deals.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, experienced in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including bankers, legal counsel, auditors, and regulators.
  • Excellent problem solving and project management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with experience in developing final presentations and reports in English and Chinese.
