Job summary

A legal firm in Malaysia is seeking a Conveyancing Clerk to handle various real estate transactions. The role involves reviewing documents for sale and purchase transactions, dealing with banks and developers, and attending signing events including weekends. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in conveyancing and demonstrate strong critical thinking, responsibility, and a proactive attitude. This full-time position is based in Iskandar Puteri, Johor.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and checking documents for real estate transactions.
  • Handling sale and purchase transactions for developer projects.
  • Attending signing events including weekends.
  • Dealing with banks, developers, and purchasers.
  • Performing administrative tasks as assigned.

  • Reviewing and checking documents for sale and purchase transactions, loan transactions mainly for developer projects, as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge etc
  • Handle sale and purchase transactions, loan transactions mainly for developer projects, as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge etc
  • Attending signing (including weekends)
  • Dealing with banks, developers and purchasers
  • Any work assigned by the Firm from time to time
CONVEYANCING CLERK
  • Preparing documents for sale and purchase transactions, loan transactions mainly for developer projects, as well as other conveyancing related matters such as subsale, perfection, discharge etc
  • Dealing with banks, developers and purchasers
  • Administrative works for the Firm
  • Any work assigned by the Firm from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements
  1. At least 2 years experience in the field of conveyancing.
  2. Possess strong critical and analytical thinking and willing to learn.
  3. Able to work independently, and also as a team.
  4. Must be highly motivated, proactive, meticulous, responsible and have good working attitude.
