Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft and review legal documents, sales and purchase agreements, tenancy agreement, loan agreement from initial until completion and all other types of work assigned from time to time
• Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and when required

Qualifications and Requirements

• A minimum 2 years experience and above in handling conveyancing matter
• Able to work under pressure and complete assigned work within deadlines
• Good working attitude, diligent, hardworking, reliable, responsible and commitment to job responsibilities and meticulous with details
• Able to multitask and prioritise daily workload
• A good team player and interpersonal skill, able to work independently with minimum supervision
