As a Conveyancing Lawyer, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive legal services to our valued clients throughout the property acquisition and transfer process. This full‑time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our firm, while leveraging your expertise in property law.

What you’ll be doing
  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of property‑related legal documents, including sale and purchase agreements, mortgage deeds, and transfer of ownership
  • Conducting thorough due diligence on property titles and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Advising clients on the legal aspects of property transactions, including the rights and obligations of all parties involved
  • Liaising with government agencies, financial institutions, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth property transfers
  • Maintaining detailed records and documentation to support the conveyancing process
  • Staying up‑to‑date with changes in property law and regulations to provide the best possible guidance to our clients
What we’re looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Law and a valid license to practice law in Malaysia

Minimum 1 year of experience in conveyancing or property law

Excellent understanding of property‑related laws, regulations, and best practices

Strong negotiation, communication, and client‑facing skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Proficient in relevant legal software and technology
