Job summary

A global leader in polymer-based solutions is seeking a Converting Process Engineer in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will develop, validate, and optimize manufacturing processes across various industries. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of experience, preferably in die-cut and screen printing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and knowledge of ISO9001/IATF16949 standards are required. This position demands strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering.
  • Strong hands-on ability and proficiency in English, Malay, and Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct feasibility assessments and validate new product processes.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation including SOPs.
  • Resolve technical issues during new product testing.
  • Lead development of new processes focusing on die-cut assembly and screen printing.
