Job description

Plan and develop social media advertising content (including brand campaigns, product introductions, promotions, events, and storytelling content)

Establish platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, etc.)

Propose creative content ideas based on target audience insights and current social media trends

Key Responsibilities
1. Content Planning & Strategy

Plan and develop social media advertising content (including brand campaigns, product introductions, promotions, events, and storytelling content)

Establish platform-specific content strategies (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, XiaoHongShu, etc.)

Propose creative content ideas based on target audience insights and current social media trends

2. Content Creation & Editing

Create visual, video, and written content for social media platforms

Perform basic image and video editing (using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)

Write captions and marketing copy aligned with the brand’s tone and voice (Fluency in Mandarin and English is required)

3. Content Scheduling & Management

Plan and manage weekly and monthly content calendars

Schedule and publish content in alignment with advertising and campaign timelines

Manage content deadlines to ensure timely and consistent uploads

4. Live & Interactive Content (Bonus & Incentive-Based Role)

Candidates capable of performing as a Live Host will be given priority consideration and additional incentives

Host and participate in live commerce sessions, brand presentations, product demonstrations, and promotional activities

Engage with customers in real time to
→ enhance product understanding
→ strengthen brand trust and increase purchase conversion rates

Operate under a performance-based commission structure for live shows

Earn commissions based on the actual sales revenue (GMV) generated from live broadcasts hosted by the individual

5. Performance Tracking & Collaboration

Monitor content performance and key engagement metrics (including views, engagement rate, saves, comments, etc.)

Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to align on campaign direction and execution

Propose content optimization and improvement ideas that contribute to overall brand growth

Requirements

Fluency in Mandarin and English is required

Proven experience in creating social media content

Ability to use basic editing tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop / Premiere, etc.)

Strong content planning skills with effective time and schedule management abilities

Highly responsible, self-motivated, and able to structure and manage tasks independently

Nice to Have / Bonus Points

Experience as a Live Host or in live broadcasting

Ability to conduct basic video shooting or simple photography

Background in digital marketing or advertising content production

Experience with healthcare, F&B, or lifestyle brands

Experience managing or operating content on XiaoHongShu (XHS) or TikTok
