Responsibilities

• To liaise with main contractor on all project and site operation as a subcon.
• To verify drawing/technical specification for adequacy.
• To monitor progress of construction operation.
• To supervise, plan and direct the construction foreign worker daily.
• To control the storage of material and equipment.
• To handle and solve problems for foreign worker at site.
• To submit report from time to time to management.
• To perform any other duties as and when required.
• Understand project flow & maincon sites practices

Requirements:

• Experience in ISO environment & well dealt with paper works.
• Able to check quality on plaster, skim coat, plaster ceiling, floor screed & waterproof
• Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, any field.
• At least 3 years working experience required.
