We are looking for a Concierge Assistant based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Concierge Assistant, we rely on you to:

• Provide updated and relevant information for guests, including local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations/confirmation etc.
• Open doors and assist guests entering and leaving theHotel
• Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage
• Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
• Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
• Arrange transportation for guests upon request
