We are looking for a Concierge based at Kerry Hotel Hong Kong!

As a Concierge, we rely on you to:

  • Create an impressive first and last impression to guests
  • Provide updated and relevant information regarding local areas, city tours, restaurant reservations and airline reservations / confirmation to guests
  • Open doors and assist guests on entering and leaving the property
  • Assist guests in and out of vehicles, including loading/unloading luggage
  • Assist guest with luggage, ensure timely deliveries and collections of guests’ luggage
  • Ensure proper records are maintained for all guests’ deliveries
  • Arrange transportation for guests upon request
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisors

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Responsibility and courtesy with outgoing and pleasant personality
  • Team spirits and customer-oriented mindset
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Willingness to work on shifts
