Job summary

A corporate service provider in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Company Secretary Assistant (Junior/Semi-Senior) to assist with secretarial duties and maintain statutory records. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in relevant fields, and good communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is an advantage. Qualifications

Company Secretary Assistant (Junior / Semi-Senior)

To assist to perform all duties and responsibilities related to company secretarial matters.

Assisting the company secretary in maintaining statutory records and registers.

Preparing board and general meeting documents, including agendas, minutes, and resolutions.

Coordinating the filing of company returns and other regulatory submissions.

Providing administrative support to the company secretary and other team members.

Ensuring the company's compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

To attend to other ad‑hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Corporate Administration, Business Administration, or other related disciplines, pursuing or ICSA graduate.

For Junior post - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, no experience is required.

For Semi‑Senior post - At least 2–3 years of experience in relevant field, able to work independently, multi‑task and is meticulous.

Good written and verbal English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (added advantage) communication skills.

Candidate with accountability, independent, passion, friendly and good in communication.

Proficient in MS Office (Word and Excel), MyCoID, MBRS system for online submissions to SSM.
