Job Responsibilities


  1. Assist in the preparation and presentation of cold dishes, including salads, cold cuts, seafood, cheeses, and desserts.

  2. Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.

  3. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cold kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and storage areas.

  4. Ensure all ingredients are stored correctly, rotated, and handled safely in accordance with food safety standards.

  5. Support senior chefs in the timely preparation of menu items.

  6. Adhere to hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times.
