Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in audit or commercial experiences preferred.
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).

Responsibilities

• Drive performance management activities such as monthly sales steering and strategic long-term planning.
• Support Executive Management in implementing growth initiatives.
• Lead controlling team for operational activities including financial statement analysis.
• Manage Financial Compliance matters and work with Shared Service Center.
• Participate in regional/global finance projects to drive value creation.

Job description

We are looking for a Commercial Finance Manager who is ready to kick start their career in a fast-paced, high-performing and rewarding multinational company.

What You'll Do

• Direct Report to the Head of Finance to drive all performance management activities of the organization e.g. monthly sales steering, rolling forecast and strategic long-term planning.
• Support Executive Management Team in implementation of strategic growth initiatives by working collaboratively across departments.
• Coach and lead controlling team to deliver operational controlling activities such as financial statement analysis, sales compensation simulations, investment modelling & etc.
• Participate/Lead regional/global finance projects to drive value creation in the Hilti Group Manage Financial Compliance matters such as External Audit & Local Tax Filings by working closely with Shared Service Center team.

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Accountancy or other recognized professional accounting qualifications; ACCA, ICAEW, MICPA or CIMA.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in audit or commercial experiences preferred
• Sound experience of budgeting, accounting, forecasting and time management
• Analytical in interpreting and reporting financial information
• Familiar with Financial Reporting Standards (FRS).
• Good proficiency in MS Office applications.
• High competency in MS Excel is a must.
• SAP knowledge is an added advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of Bahasa Malaysia and English, both written and spoken
