Job description

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines efficiently and safely.
• Run first article parts and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Perform first piece inspection and basic quality checks.
• Fabricate jigs and fixtures for proper part clamping.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately.
• Perform manual CNC programming and edit existing programs.
• Read and understand G-Code programming.
• Knowledge of GD&T is an added advantage.
• Train and guide junior machinists when required.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC machines for Senior Machinist role. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Able to operate Fanuc and Mazak controllers.

Strong understanding of CNC machining processes.

Willing and able to work at the Singapore branch when required.
