Job description
CLINICAL APPLICATION SPECIALIST (SCRUB TECH)

We are looking for a highly dedicated and proactive individual to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting Product Specialists and Executives, as well as providing on-site clinical assistance to healthcare professionals in the Operating Theatre.

Working day :
Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Product Specialist and Product Executive in daily operational tasks.
  • Scrub in and provide product assistance to clients in the Operating Theatre with strong product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain positive rapport with potential and existing clients.
  • Build and nurture strong working relationships with medical teams and administrative staff.
  • Prepare daily action plans, reports, and submit updates via WhatsApp group before 9.00pm.
  • Work closely with Purchasing and Procurement Departments of hospitals.
  • Secure, track, and follow up on payments from hospitals for each completed case.
  • Participate actively in company marketing events.
  • Identify, address, and resolve clients’ concerns promptly.
  • Travel extensively between hospitals to assist with cases as required.
  • Stay up to date with the latest clinical data and present this information effectively to healthcare professionals.
  • Monitor and report competitor activities and product updates.
  • Be on standby/on-call as required.
  • Assist with any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the team or management.
  • Perform any other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Science, Nursing, Biomedical, or related fields.
  • Experience in OT/clinical environment is an advantage.
  • Physically fit as the job requires physical strength, with instruments handled weighing up to 100 kg.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently, travel frequently, and handle fast-paced environments.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license.
