Clinical Aesthetic Trainer - Doctor / Nurse

AIM MEDTEC SDN BHD' is seeking a talented Clinical Aesthetic Trainer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time position, this role is crucial in ensuring the success of our growing medical aesthetic business. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive training and support to our network of doctors and nurses, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional patient care.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs on the use of medical aesthetic equipment and procedures
• Provide hands-on, one-on-one training to doctors and nurses to ensure they are proficient in performing various aesthetic treatments
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques and industry best practices in the medical aesthetic field
• Assist in the implementation and rollout of new products and services
• Collaborate with the medical and marketing teams to create training materials and resources
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to the clinical team
• Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and quality control measures

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a clinical educator or trainer in the medical aesthetic industry (Doctor or Nursery Degree)
• Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of medical aesthetic procedures, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation techniques
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and support healthcare professionals
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions
