  • Provide basic patient care, such as taking vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse rate), recording patient symptoms, and offering support and reassurance.
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and proper storage, and promptly report any shortages or maintenance needs.
  • Handle phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel, providing excellent customer service and clear communication.
  • Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and assist patients with insurance claims, ensuring accurate financial transactions and resolving billing issues efficiently.
