Job summary

A leading marketing firm in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Executive to coordinate sales and enhance client relationships. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in field sales, preferably within the FMCG sector. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently under pressure. This role offers the opportunity to achieve sales targets and contribute to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, organize and coordinate the execution of sales and post sales.
  • Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
  • Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
  • Maintaining relationship with all existing and potential clients.
  • Prepare/present presentations, Jobsheet and price quotations or project proposal.
  • Work closely with Designer/Production/Traffic after receive inquiry from clients, follow up PO and payment with clients.
  • To follow up with clients on sales or order status, and provide excellent after sales service.
  • To achieve monthly sales target set by the Company.
  • Listen to and care for customers, feedback customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Generate daily and weekly reports to the Management, voice out about existing concerns, and provide constructive feedback / solutions.
  • Submit daily and weekly sales reports.
  • Pay attention to the market trends of dealers, competitive brands and end customers, and timely feedback market information to the company.
  • Any other sales tasks that may be assigned by the Management from time to time.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years field sales experience preferably in an FMCG environment.
  • Minimum Diploma/ Degree in Marketing/ Business or related field.
  • Highly passionate about sales; with a proven track record is best.
  • Has a good understanding of different sales techniques.
  • Strong communication, negotiation/influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Driven, outgoing and is a self-starter.
  • Possess a positive attitude and good interpersonal skills, able to cope with tight deadlines, work independently and under pressure.
