Role and Responsibilities

• Develop store business through excellent clienteling and KPI performance (conversion rate, cross‑selling, AVT/me, upselling, strategic zoning).
• Offer and excellent level couture service at all pika times across all categories.
• Mentors other client advisors on journey and KPI improvement and is a key teamplayer.
• Foster sales in partnership and OTO appointment routine.
• Naturally integrates digital tools in selling and clienteling activities.
