Job Description

We are looking for a proactive individual to join our team as a Client Acquisition Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for acquiring new clients by offering them banking products and services based on their needs. You will also need to build long‑term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and updates on banking promotions. Additionally, you will assist in handling enquiries and resolving complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities
  • Acquire new clients by offering them banking products and services based on their needs
  • Build long‑term relationships with existing clients through regular communication and updates on banking promotions
  • Assist in handling enquiries and resolving complaints promptly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to both prospective and current clients
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell other banking products and services to clients
  • Collaborate with colleagues within the department to achieve team goals
Job Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration or related field; or
  • At least 1 year of experience in client acquisition or sales
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Malay
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to establish rapport quickly
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Knowledge of banking products and services preferred but not required
