Job description

Role Responsibilities

  • Responsible for assisting sales team with clerical and organizational support to enhance efficiency.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance of sales records to facilitate forecasting of sales and orders for customers.
  • Support in preparing sales-related report for managerial review.
  • Assist in coordinating exhibitions, including coordinating sample preparations and handling application submissions.
  • Coordinate comprehensive travel arrangements for top management and corporate team including flight, hotel and restaurant booking.
  • Support in corporate event coordination such as board meetings, annual general meetings and ad hoc company events.
  • Assist with personal errands for top management such as bill payments and organizing appointments and general administrative task.
  • Handle ad hoc task assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the corporate and sales departments.

Role Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ Professional Certificate/ Diploma.
  • Fresh graduates and candidates with 1-2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English & Malay.
  • Energetic, result driven, easily to adapt with changes and good interpersonal skill.
  • Candidate must be willing to work in Port Klang.
