MAFAG CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Clerk to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient administration and management of our construction projects. This full-time position will involve a variety of clerical and administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing
  • Preparing and processing purchase orders, invoices, and other financial documentation
  • Maintaining accurate records and files for all contracts, agreements, and project-related documentation
  • Assisting with the coordination and scheduling of meetings, appointments, and site visits
  • Providing administrative support to the project management team as needed
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls and responding to general inquiries
  • Performing data entry and other clerical tasks to support the overall efficiency of the office
  • Assist in tendering process
What we're looking for
