• Diploma, SPMV, Certificate in Civil Engineering/Maintenance or related qualification.
• Minimum 1 year experience in similar role.
• Priority to candidates with experience in building facility maintenance.
• Able to work as a team and under minimal supervision.
• Punctual and detail-oriented.
• Willing to learn and able to work hard as well as smart.
• Can start on-duty immediately (advantage).
