Responsibilities

• Manage daily correspondence and respond to emails promptly.
• Source quotations and ensure timely processing of requisitions.
• Follow up on purchase orders and shipment statuses.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders while ensuring recordkeeping.
• Communicate with vendors and confirm receipt of orders.
• Coordinate payments with the Accounts Department.
• Assist colleagues during their absences to maintain continuity.
• Source products from China and negotiate delivery terms.
