Job description

Responsibilities

• Support preventive and corrective maintenance functions to ensure equipment reliability and availability.
• Provide technical analysis and guidance based on best practices and international standards.
• Coach and develop maintenance execution personnel and ensure technical competency is up to date.
• Participate in daily and weekly meetings, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance with company guidelines.
• Assist in root cause analysis of critical failures and provide insights for reliability improvements.
• Support development and review of maintenance plans and KPIs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including cost optimization, waste elimination, and safety enhancements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to implement maintenance master plans and strategic guidelines.
• Monitor budgets, participate in forecasting, and support sustainable goals.
• Provide technical support during critical breakdowns and shutdowns, ensuring timely resolution.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in maintenance and engineering within heavy industries.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree in Mechanical, Reliability, or Maintenance Management preferred.
• Strong knowledge of reliability tools such as RCM, PMO, FMECA, Life Data Analysis, and Reliability Growth Models.
• Training in Six Sigma, TPM, Lean Management, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and collaborate across teams to achieve operational excellence.
