Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a Senior Vice President for Corporate Integrity. The successful candidate will manage multiple integrity functions, providing consultancy to the Board and ensuring compliance with ISO:37001 standards. Applicants should have at least 10 years of experience in the Banking/Financial sector and hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. This role requires strategic oversight and the ability to enforce a strong integrity culture, promoting best practices within the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum ten years of relevant experience in leading Integrity functions in Banking/Financial Services.
• Certified Integrity Officer (CeIO) by CeIO Accreditation Board.
• Knowledgeable in relevant laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise Integrity core functions including Governance and Detection.
• Ensure implementation of Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies.
• Develop professional networking with Law Enforcement Agencies.
