To manage chemical processes, analysis, and research activities for scheduled waste management, ensuring compliance, process optimization, and innovation through R&D.

Key Responsibilities
  • Chemical Analysis & Testing
    • Perform chemical testing on scheduled waste samples.
    • Maintain accurate records and ensure lab equipment is calibrated and functional.
  • Research & Development (R&D)
    • Conduct R&D to improve waste treatment processes and explore resource recovery solutions.
    • Propose and implement innovative technologies and process improvements.
  • Process Optimization
    • Collaborate with operations to enhance waste treatment efficiency and reduce costs.
    • Provide technical advice on waste handling, storage, and disposal.
  • Regulatory Compliance
    • Ensure adherence to environmental regulations and prepare required documentation.
    • Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.
  • Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
    • Enforce safety protocols in chemical handling and waste management.
    • Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.
  • Training & Support
    • Train staff on chemical processes and safety standards.
    • Provide troubleshooting support for operational issues.
  • Additional Task
    • Assist Sr. Chemist or teams during their outstation
    • Assist logistic teams for lorry weighing
    • Any other additional task deleted by Sr. Chemist, HOD and top management
Qualifications
