Job Responsibilities

• Lead the scientific maintenance and operation of electroplating production lines, including zinc plating, copper plating, nickel plating, and electroless nickel plating.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex production issues to ensure process stability and quality.
• Develop, optimize, and maintain process flows, SOPs, and other technical documentation for assigned plating lines.
• Oversee plating chemical formulations, including preparation, regular treatment, analysis, and maintenance.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and production staff on process best practices.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams on process improvements and technical initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in Chemical Analysis, Chemistry, Materials Science, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years in electroplating or surface treatment, with demonstrated ability to independently manage production lines
• Strong knowledge of plating processes and troubleshooting abnormal conditions
• Proficient in process documentation and SOP creation
• Hands-on chemical formulation and line optimization experience
• Ability to work under high-pressure manufacturing environments
• Fluent in Mandarin & English, in order to have smooth conversation with internal team.
