Channel Development Manager, CIMB@Work & Deposit, Public Sector
Responsibilities
  • Identify new opportunities/businesses and develop sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans for business growth and manage the actual performance against set targets.
  • Plan and coordinate sales events.
  • Collaborate with Value Proposition team or relevant product owners to customize offerings.
  • Review feedback from sales team on improvement areas (product, bundles, packaging, price, process, sales method) and provide input to relevant parties.
  • Develop sales capability of sales force by identifying development needs and provide trainings accordingly.
  • Give sales/product presentations to business partners as and when required, in order to introduce CIMB@Work payroll solutions and to build relationship with channel owners.
  • Be aware of the changes in competition and marketing environment and provide feedback to the management, for appropriate actions to be taken.
  • Work closely with Corporate Banking Relationship Managers, Commercial Banking Relationship Managers and Branch Managers to connect with more clients.
  • Cross sell products (CASA and other products).
Key Requirements
  • Has a Bachelor Degree or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
