PART-TIME CAFÉ CREW (RM12/hour)

Location: Dome Café (multiple outlets)
Working Hours: Flexible / Shift-based
Rate: RM12 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service with a customer-first attitude.
• Welcome and greet guests warmly; ensure they feel comfortable and well-attended.
• Share menu highlights, promotions, and make genuine recommendations.
• Answer questions about food, beverages, and café services.
• Take customer orders accurately and key them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Monitor guest experience and ensure satisfaction with service, food, and environment.
• Respond politely and promptly to customer requests.
• Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions (where applicable).
• Assist team members and maintain a smooth café operation.
• Maintain good attendance, punctuality, and professionalism.

PART-TIME KITCHEN CREW (RM12/hour)

Location: Dome Café (central kitchen/outlet kitchen)
Rate: RM12 per hour

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all times.
• Ensure work areas, equipment, and utensils meet sanitation requirements.
• Receive and check supplies for correct quality and quantity.
• Wash, cut, and prepare ingredients according to Standard Operating Procedures (SEP).
• Cook/bake/prepare menu items following recipes and portion standards.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
• Pack prepared food items according to the prescribed standards.
• Support overall kitchen operations to ensure smooth service.
