Job summary

A construction firm in Malaysia is seeking a candidate to assist technical engineers with managing drawing logs and producing drawings based on specifications. The ideal applicant should have a minimum diploma and at least 3 years of experience in building construction. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, alongside good skills in both English and Malay. This role involves site measurements and coordinating with engineering teams.

• Proficient in AutoCAD Drafting for Civil, Structural and Architectural drawing.

Responsibilities

• Assist technical engineer in managing IFC / Tender / Shop drawing and space management drawing log
• To produce drawing based on sketch from engineer/technical specification/ method statement
• Prepare sketches and reviewed with engineering team
• Assist engineer and QS on measurement and calculation of quantity from drawing
• Site assessment or measurement whenever required, for coordination / as built drawing
• Able to follow company AutoCAD drafting standard and guideline
