Business Process Manager/Senior Executive
Our client is seeking a Business Process and Internal Control Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to join their team!
What you'll be doing?
  • Develop Process Standards: Assist in building and refining the company's process management system by formulating policies, regulations, and standards.
  • Map Business Processes: Organize and document core business processes, creating clear operational frameworks.
  • Optimize Processes: Continuously monitor and assess process effectiveness, applying methodologies to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Coordinate Cross-Departmentally: Drive optimization and coordination of cross-functional processes, resolving conflicts and facilitating smooth business flows.
  • Manage Process Projects: Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing process optimization projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery.
  • Support Process Training: Develop and implement training plans to promote awareness and understanding of process management.
  • Supervise and Audit Processes: Establish a supervision mechanism to ensure compliance and effectiveness in process execution.
Who are they looking for?
  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in management, information technology, or related fields are preferred.
  • Experience and Skills: At least 5 years of experience in process management. Proven experience in process optimization projects within the finance or tax sectors is preferred. Familiarity with corporate business processes and management systems is essential.
  • Professional Knowledge: Proficient in process management theories and methodologies. Skilled in process design, optimization, and evaluation tools such as BPMN and Visio.
