BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST - based in Mid Valley
Qualifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have knowledge in Power Platform applications.
- Basic understanding and exposure in one or more SAP S/4HANA and ECC modules, FI and SD.
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in first-level support role.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and work in a team.
- Open to learning new tools and applications to improvise business operation.
Responsibilities
- First level operation support to internal users (SAP S/4HANA, internal workflow system and dashboards).
- Maintenance of analytical reports, dashboards and Power Automate flows.
- Participate in requirements analysis and business process improvement.
- Developing solutions to problems identified through analysis, using information gathered through analysis effectively.
- Prepare documentation/user guides and provide training to staff on execution of new procedures/solutions.
