A property management company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Business Leasing Executive who is passionate about building strong client relationships. The role involves conducting market research, developing sales presentations, and managing tenancy-related matters. Ideal candidates should possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or Degree, preferably in Estate Management. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, trends, and competitors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
Responsible for all tenancy related matters pertaining to property leasing including generating new leasing ads and securing tenants, reviewing and negotiating tenancy, coordinating tenancy documents and agreements and ensuring timely follow‑up inquiries and payments.
To assist in planning, organizing, monitoring & the effective implementation of the leasing plan.
Mediated disputes between tenants and address any issues related to tenant behavior or compliance with lease agreements.
To assist Finance and Credit Control Department in administrating timely rental payments by tenants and suggest methods to reduce trade debt.
Any other tasks or duties that may be assigned by superior from time to time.
Candidate must possess at least SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree preferably in Estate Management or other discipline from recognized higher learning institution.
Basic negotiation skills to facilitate lease agreements.
Excellent interpersonal skills with good oral and written communication abilities.
Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
