Ryt Bank is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic BI Analyst to join our dynamic Business Intelligence team. What you’ll do:

• To design, develop, and optimize scalable analytics and data reporting implementation to help business navigate decisions.
• Work independently, resourcefully while also being a good team player.
• Develop and manage BI solutions such as data models and dashboards to support data driven decision making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for KPIs and reports for departmental and organization‑wide performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across organizations to understand analytics needs.
• Collecting and analyzing data from various sources to discover insights that support business growth.
• Develop and provide reports, visualizations, and presentation to communicate strategic findings to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities for processes and strategies improvement with data driven insights.
• Maintaining documentation on business requirements, design, and user manual for organization.
• Supporting overall Business Intelligence strategy.

What we’re looking for:

• Familiarity with financial and banking products.
• Strong command in SQL and simple analytics tools such as Excel.
• Experience building data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik to create visualization and reports.
• Understanding data storytelling concept.
• Collaborating with a diverse set of engineers, data scientists and product managers.
• Familiarity with data science techniques and frameworks
• Knowledge of Python is a plus.
