We’re looking for a Business Development Manager (Creator Growth) to join our team and help expand our partnerships with creators, brands, and agencies. You’ll play a key role in driving growth by identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships, and developing strategies that create value for both creators and our platform. If you have a strong background in business development or sales, know how to build meaningful partnerships, and understand the creator or digital media space — this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and execute the outbound growth strategy, identifying and securing high-value clients, agencies, and strategic partners to drive rapid, large-scale revenue growth.
  • Leverage your existing network of brand, agency, and creator economy contacts to accelerate market entry and credibility.
  • Own high-value negotiations, using strategic PR, value positioning, and persuasive communication to secure favorable terms from creators and partners.
  • Develop impactful sales narratives and proposals that clearly showcase growth opportunities for creators collaborating with our platform.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and creators to ensure sustained partnerships, high retention, and maximized lifetime value (LTV).
Who You Are
  • 2–4+ years of proven BD or Sales experience, with a strong record in driving revenue and closing complex, high-value deals. Experience within the Creator Economy, Digital Media, or Social Media Marketing is highly preferred.
  • Possess a strong, active network of brand decision-makers, marketing leads, and agency partners that can be leveraged immediately for business growth.
  • Exceptional negotiator with sharp communication and PR instincts, skilled at securing optimal terms and building trust on both sides.
  • Highly organized and strategic, able to prioritize high-impact opportunities and manage multiple complex pipelines simultaneously.
  • Deep understanding of creator monetization models (brand deals, subscriptions, digital products, e‑commerce, etc.) and market trends will be a bonus.
  • Multilingual – fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong communication skills across cultures and markets.
