Job summary

Bridgenet Solutions Sdn Bhd − Mont Kiara, Kuala Lumpur

Identify and develop new business opportunities for cloud-based network security, cybersecurity, and IT solutions.

Promote cloud security solutions to enterprise clients, government agencies, and SMEs.

Work closely with the technical team to design and position secure cloud solutions tailored to client needs.

Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets for cloud security, managed services, and hybrid cloud solutions.

Participate in tenders, RFPs, and RFIs for cloud-based cybersecurity solutions.

2. Client & Solution Engagement

Consult with clients to assess their security posture, cloud adoption strategy, and compliance needs.

Propose cloud security architectures that align with industry best practices and regulations.

Conduct presentations and demonstrations on secure cloud infrastructure, threat detection, and data protection.

Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Build relationships with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, security solution providers and etc.

Collaborate with technology vendors and resellers to expand cloud security offerings.

Stay updated on cloud security certifications, compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, etc.), and emerging threats.

Develop go-to-market strategies for cloud-based security solutions.

Identify new industry verticals with high demand for cloud security and cybersecurity.

Work with marketing teams to create campaigns focused on zero-trust security, cloud compliance, and threat prevention.

5. Internal Collaboration & Reporting

Work closely with pre-sales, technical, and others to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, cloud security trends, and competitive analysis.

Ensure compliance with industry security standards and Company's best practices.

Job Requirements

To possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in a Business-related field, Marketing, Sales Management, or equivalent qualification, with proven experience in sales or business development.

To have a minimum 5 years of working experience in Business Development in IT industry.

Have experience in AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and security solutions like Fortinet, Palo Alto, or Cisco.

Proven track record in cloud sales, business development, or cybersecurity solution selling.

To have strong understanding of cloud security frameworks, compliance, and cybersecurity solutions.

Strong strategic thinking and precise decision-making capabilities, with proven experience in developing and executing roadmaps aligned with the company’s direction and growth.

To demonstrate the ability to foster leadership effectiveness and organizational capability, while operating independently with minimal supervision.

To demonstrate excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building skills.
