This is an exciting opportunity for a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager (Air B&B) to join the dynamic team at Swiss‑Garden International Hotels, Resorts & Inns, a member of the OSK Group. In this key role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving growth through strategic partnerships with Air B&B.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Air B&B, leveraging your strong industry network and market expertise.
  • Negotiate and secure mutually beneficial partnership agreements with Air B&B, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote the Swiss‑Garden brand and drive incremental bookings through the Air B&B platform.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of the Air B&B partnership, including relationship management, performance tracking and regular reporting.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with the marketing, operations and revenue management teams to optimise the performance of the Air B&B channel.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competition and best practices, and proactively recommend improvements to the company's Air B&B strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in new business development, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully establishing and managing strategic partnerships, particularly with leading online travel platforms like Air B&B.
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and secure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficient in data analysis and performance tracking, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
