KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development & Client Engagement
  • Develop and implement marketing and business growth strategies to expand the company’s market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and industry analysis.
  • Engage with clients to understand their procurement needs and provide customized solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare comprehensive proposals, quotations, and tender documentation in line with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure all submissions comply with government, GLC, and institutional procurement SOPs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather technical, financial, and legal inputs for proposals.
  • Track and manage tender timelines to ensure timely submission and high‑quality documentation.
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials and campaigns that align with organizational goals.
Relationship & Stakeholder Management
  • Foster effective communication with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support project success.
  • Maintain post‑sales relationships to ensure client satisfaction and explore upselling or renewal opportunities.
  • Represent the company at meetings, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance business visibility.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, marketing, or tender management.
  • Familiarity with e‑commerce, digital procurement systems, or technology solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of procurement SOPs and tender processes.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to prepare professional proposals and documentation for tender participation.
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
