Job summary

A leading technology firm seeks an experienced Business Development professional in Petaling Jaya to implement strategies for growth. Your role involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting market research, and collaborating with technical teams. Job description

Develop and implement Business Development Strategies to achieve long-term revenue growth.

Identify and evaluate new business opportunities, markets, and client partnerships in Malaysia and abroad.

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders (Clients, Consultants, Contractors) in target industries.

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.

Collaborate with the engineering, R&D, and sales teams to design and propose innovative technical solutions.

Lead the development of proposals, feasibility studies, and presentations for new clients or partners.

Drive initiatives to enhance brand presence, such as attending trade shows, conferences, and networking events.

Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing reports and recommendations to management.

Support the creation of marketing materials, case studies, and business presentations.

Perform any additional tasks or duties assigned by management or supervisors.

Job Requirement

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Project Partnerships, preferably in Data Center Liquid Cooling Segment.

Strong understanding of market development, project-based business models, and technical sales.

Demonstrated success in establishing new markets, clients, or product lines.

Excellent strategic planning, networking, and negotiation skills.

High adaptability and self-motivation with the ability to work independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Willing to travel within Malaysia and internationally for business development activities.
