We are recruiting on behalf of Thousands of Years Media Sdn. Bhd. (www.thousandsofyearsmedia.com), a sister company to SunStrong Entertainment.

As a Business Development Manager, you will grow ToYm’s advertising agency business by securing new clients, pitching creative solutions, and driving long-term partnerships. You will represent ToYm’s full suite of advertising services — including brand campaigns, creative concepts, and micro drama advertising products — and work closely with internal teams to deliver impactful marketing results for clients.

Job Description
  • Develop and execute strategies to attract new advertisers and brand partners.
  • Conduct cold outreach, prospecting, and follow-ups to secure meetings and presentations.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations with the creative and strategy teams.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships with consistent follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Production, Creative, and Marketing teams to ensure campaign delivery meets client expectations.
  • Identify collaboration, sponsorship, and cross-channel marketing opportunities.
  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and agency growth recommendations to management.
Job Requirements
  • 5+ year’s experience in advertising, media sales, or brand partnerships.
  • Proven track record in agency sales or business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
  • Passion for advertising, creative storytelling, and marketing strategy.
  • Able to multitask and support any additional tasks assigned by the company as needed.
