Job description
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand overseas student recruitment markets
  • Liaise and build long-term relationships with education agents, partners, and overseas institutions
  • Communicate and engage with parents and students, providing guidance on programmes, admissions, and pathways
  • Identify and develop new international markets and recruitment channels
  • Coordinate recruitment activities such as school visits, education fairs, roadshows, and online promotions
  • Support admissions and marketing teams in achieving enrolment targets
  • Monitor market trends and provide strategic recommendations to management
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the education industry
  • Proven experience in overseas / international student recruitment, especially for language centres or international schools
  • Familiar with agent management, overseas recruitment processes, and market development
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to liaise effectively with agents, parents, students, and institutional partners
  • Independent, proactive, and results-oriented
  • Willing to travel overseas when required

  • Existing network of overseas education agents or partners
  • Experience handling international student admissions and compliance matters
  • Multilingual ability (English / Chinese / other languages)
