  • Conceptualize, strategize, and implement initiatives to drive business outcomes within relocation and MM2H segments.
  • Stay updated with current market insights in Malaysia's relocation sector.
  • Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to promote services, attract new clients, and expand existing client relationships.
  • Connect, pitch products, and pursue sales leads tailored to client needs for relocation and MM2H.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Prepare contracts and agreements; negotiate with partners/clients to ensure mutual satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee existing clients and identify upselling opportunities.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas; generate regular performance reports.
  • Represent the company at events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline to drive ongoing opportunities and successful outcomes.
Job Requirements
  • 2–4 years' experience in sales/business development, preferably in relocation/MM2H/related fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Independent, driven, and adaptable in a fast-paced, growing environment.
  • Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  • Proven track record in international sales and stakeholder/client relationship management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Driven, a risk-taker, and able to execute tasks with close follow-up.
