Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager

As a Business Development Executive / Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our company.

Kuala Lumpur (Port Kelang), Malaysia

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and market trends
  • Generate leads and opportunities through various channels, including cold‑calling, networking, and attending industry events
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
  • Prepare and present persuasive proposals and pitches to clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and optimize business opportunities
  • Negotiate and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets
What You Bring
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, preferably major in Business Management, Marketing, Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics
  • Minimum 3‑5 years of relevant working experience in logistics / freight forwarding business
  • Strong industry knowledge, market trend and logistics requirements
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to interact and deal with different people of diverse cultures
