Business Development Executive
Due to our expansion programme, we seek ambitious Malaysians to join our dynamic organization for the role of Business Development Executive.
Responsibilities
- Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product or service presentations, demonstrate features and benefits, and address customer inquiries to showcase the value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
- Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve win‑win outcomes.
- Closing Deals: Bring the sales process to a successful conclusion by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork or documentation.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
- At least two years of sales experience in account management in any field.
- Minimum of a Diploma in any field; graduates in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or Library Science are preferable.
- Dynamic, independent, results‑driven, positive, highly‑motivated, and ready to take up new challenges.
- Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
- Adequate computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
- Own car with a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
