Business Development Executive

Due to our expansion programme, we seek ambitious Malaysians to join our dynamic organization for the role of Business Development Executive.

Responsibilities
  1. Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Conduct product or service presentations, demonstrate features and benefits, and address customer inquiries to showcase the value proposition.
  2. Relationship Building: Establish and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate solutions.
  3. Sales Negotiation: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to secure sales and achieve win‑win outcomes.
  4. Closing Deals: Bring the sales process to a successful conclusion by obtaining customer commitments and completing necessary paperwork or documentation.
  5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the organization, ensuring consistent revenue generation.
  6. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Analyze sales data, track performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management regarding sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts.
  7. Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Utilize CRM software to manage customer information, track interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
Requirements
  1. At least two years of sales experience in account management in any field.
  2. Minimum of a Diploma in any field; graduates in Marketing, Commerce, Business, or Library Science are preferable.
  3. Dynamic, independent, results‑driven, positive, highly‑motivated, and ready to take up new challenges.
  4. Professional working proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages are a plus.
  5. Adequate computer skills, especially in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  6. Own car with a valid driving license.
  7. Willingness to travel within Malaysia.
