Our projects include working with government agencies, GLCs, corporates, and international partners across green-tech innovation, road infrastructure, and specialised engineering solutions.
We are expanding and looking for a high-calibre Business Development Executive who can represent the company professionally, build strong client rapport, and support our growth strategy.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
- Attend meetings, events, site visits, conferences, and networking sessions with clients and partners.
- Build and maintain rapport with government agencies, GLCs, corporate clients, and suppliers.
- Manage client follow-up, scheduling, updates, and relationship touchpoints.
Business Development Support
- Assist in preparing proposals, company profiles, pitch decks, and capability statements.
- Coordinate internal inputs from technical, finance, and operations teams.
- Monitor and update tender/RFP pipelines, leads, next actions, and BD trackers.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on tenders, industry trends, competitors, pricing benchmarks, and potential customers.
- Identify collaboration opportunities with ministries, corporates, universities, and technical partners.
Communication & Presentation
- Draft letters, briefing notes, talking points, and business messages for senior management.
- Support CEO and Head of BD with strategic communication and engagement materials.
- Ensure all presentation materials are polished, accurate, and professional.

Skills
- Strong communication (English & Malay) — written and verbal
- Good presentation & storytelling ability
- Ability to work under tight timelines and structured coordination
- Basic understanding of proposals, tenders, and commercial documents is an advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in BD, client relations, sales, corporate services, or hospitality/client-facing roles
- Fresh graduates with strong personality & communication skills are encouraged to apply
